Apollo integration features

• Verify found emails within Apollo – The Waterfall enrichment tool lets you verify emails found within Apollo. Just select ZeroBounce as a data source for emails, and we’ll verify the email address automatically.
• Bulk email verification – Verify all of the emails within your Apollo workflows using ZeroBounce’s 99.6% accurate email verification. You can track which emails are verified within the Waterfall tab, and segment further by data source.
• Real-time email verification – By enabling ZeroBounce as your validation source, our validation engine will automatically verify every new email found. You can customize your Apollo search by continuing until we identify a valid email address for you.
• Use Apollo or ZeroBounce credits – The Waterfall makes it simple to verify emails by allowing you to use global Apollo credits. Alternatively, you can set up your ZeroBounce API key to use your ZeroBounce credits for each email validation directly.

How to use the ZeroBounce Apollo integration

To take advantage of ZeroBounce email verification within Apollo, you’ll need:

• An active Apollo account with Waterfall enrichment enabled

Optional:

• A ZeroBounce account
• Sufficient ZeroBounce email verification credits (1 credit per result – no charge for “unknowns”)

To turn on the ZeroBounce integration, you’ll need to do the following steps:

1. Turn on Waterfall for your team. You can find this by clicking on the icon next to “EMAILS” in your Apollo dashboard.
   
   
2. In the same menu, under “Data Sources,” click “Add.”
   
   
3. Search for ZeroBounce, and add us as a source. ZeroBounce should now appear as your validation source.
   
   
4. Choose between the two “Stop search when” options:
   • A verified email is found – Once ZeroBounce verifies an email address and determines that it’s valid, the search will complete (recommended).
   • Any email is found – The search will be considered complete once any email is found, regardless of its status.
5. Save your changes.

Now, any email found will be marked as Verified under the ZeroBounce data provider column!
