How It Works

During Set-Up

When adding a new sending address (via wizard or manual setup), you will complete the Custom Email Content wizard.

You'll answer structured questions about:

  • Business type Industry
  • Communication tone
  • Typical email context

Based on your responses, the system generates warmup templates aligned with your real communication style.

Once saved, the configuration becomes active immediately.

After Setup (Self-Managed Accounts)

  • Content configuration can be updated once every 7 days
  • Each update restarts the 7-day cycle
  • During the cooldown period, warmup emails continue generating from the last saved configuration

I noticed a typo in my generated content. Why?

This is intentional. The system simulates real human behaviour, including minor imperfections. Small typos do not harm reputation or deliverability and can reinforce authenticity signals.

Does Custom Email Content improve deliverability?

Can I disable this feature?
