Export Statistics

Export Statistics

Summary

The Export Statistics feature allows users to download their Warmup activity data in a structured file format. This provides deeper visibility into how warmup actions are performed across accounts over time.

Users can export this data directly from the Statistics view at any time.

What It Does

The Export Statistics feature generates a downloadable dataset containing historical Warmup engagement activity. The exported file provides a daily breakdown of warmup actions, allowing users to analyze performance trends, engagement patterns, and inbox placement signals over time.

This export enables deeper analysis outside the platform using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, or internal reporting systems.

Generation time for the export may vary depending on the size of the dataset being requested.

What the Export Shows

The exported dataset includes daily statistics for each Warmup action performed by the system.

  • Emails Read = Total emails opened by warmup seeds.
  • Replies = Total replies generated by warmup seeds.
  • Marked as Important = Emails flagged as important within the mailbox.
  • Moved from Spam = Emails moved from spam or promotional folders to the inbox.
  • Link Clicks = Links clicked inside warmup messages.

Additional contextual information includes the date of activity, the account associated with the activity, and the action counts performed on that day. All data is aggregated per day, making it easier to analyze trends over time.

How to Export Statistics

Exporting statistics can be done in a few simple steps.

  • Step 1 — Navigate to the Warmup Accounts dashboard.
  • Step 2 — Select the account you want to review.
  • Step 3 — Click Statistics from the account actions menu.
  • Step 4 — Scroll to the Warmup Actions Statistics section.
  • Step 5 — Click Export data.

The system will generate a downloadable file containing the full historical dataset. The time required to generate the export will depend on the amount of data included.

Why This Is Important

Exporting Warmup statistics provides valuable operational insight into email deliverability performance.

  • Deeper Performance Analysis — Users can analyze engagement metrics outside the platform to identify trends in deliverability signals.
  • Historical Reporting — The export provides a complete historical view of warmup activity across the lifetime of an account.
  • Deliverability Diagnostics — By reviewing engagement metrics such as replies, clicks, and spam recovery actions, users can better understand how mailbox providers interpret sending behaviour.
  • Custom Reporting — The exported dataset allows teams to build custom dashboards, internal reports, or combine Warmup data with other email performance metrics.

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I export my statistics?

Statistics can be exported at any time from the Statistics page.

How long does the export take to generate?

Export generation time depends on the size of the dataset. Accounts with longer warmup history or higher activity may take longer to generate the file.

How is the data structured in the export?

The exported file contains daily aggregated data for all warmup actions performed. Each row typically represents activity for a specific date.

Can I export statistics for any Warmup account?

Yes. Any account with statistics available can generate an export.

What format is the export provided in?

Exports are typically provided in CSV format, making them easy to open in Excel, Google Sheets, data analysis tools, or internal reporting platforms.

Why do some days show lower activity?

Warmup activity may vary depending on warmup configuration, sending limits, account ramp-up stage, and engagement behaviour simulation.
