ZeroBounce ensures the privacy of customer email lists by providing military-grade security and strict adherence to international privacy laws and regulations. ZeroBounce also relies solely on proprietary infrastructure. No email data is shared with external parties, giving the company complete control over your privacy and security.

Below is a list of existing security and compliance measures practiced and observed by the ZeroBounce team.

ZeroBounce protects email lists data with global privacy compliance

To date, ZeroBounce currently possesses the following certifications regarding customer data privacy:

  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance
  • SOC 2 Type 2 certification
  • ISO-27001 certification
  • Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliance
  • Data Privacy Framework (DPF)
  • Completed SIG and HECVAT risk assessments

ZeroBounce continues to monitor changes to existing privacy regulations as well as new laws, including the newly-announced India Digital Personal Data Protection Bill.

In an ongoing effort to ensure the privacy of your email list and personal data, ZeroBounce is committed to undergoing regular examinations by the necessary parties to ensure that their platform security is up to standards.

ZeroBounce's cybersecurity measures

The ZeroBounce security and compliance team also monitors, tests, and improves platform cybersecurity with the following actions:

  • Cloud security and vulnerability management
  • Penetration testing and risk management
  • Web Application Firewall (WAF) through Cloudflare Enterprise

ZeroBounce works closely with internationally recognized cybersecurity experts such as Hacker1 and CyberSmart Defense to scrutinize its security measures from every possible angle.

ZeroBounce protects your email list with identity protection tools

Finally, ZeroBounce ensures the privacy of your email list by providing several identity protection tools, enabling you to control who has access to your account.

The list of identity protection features includes the following:

  • Okta identity protection services
  • Email and SMS two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • 24/7 account and IP monitoring services
  • Role-based access controls for your account

In addition to these features, all uploaded email list data is automatically deleted from your account after 30 days. The only person who can download your email list and email validation results is the user with the encrypted password key.

After 30 days, ZeroBounce auto-deletes your email list data, and users will no longer have access to those files.
