Customer.io integration is now available
OCTOBER 2025
Now available: our official email validation integration with Customer.io!
Don't let those automations and personalized communications go to waste. Now, you can sync your Customer.io account with ZeroBounce to verify and enhance your customer data:
Validate - Clean up your contact lists and verify new customer email addresses in real time (now with enhanced catch-all validation!)
Activity Data - Gain more insights into customer engagement by identifying last known activities (opens, clicks, forwards, etc.) in the last 30-365+ days
Score - Use our proprietary tools to measure the likelihood of user engagement on a 0-10 scale.
Adobe Journey Optimizer integration - now available
SEPTEMBER 2025
You can now clean your customer email lists within your Adobe Journey account!
After syncing your APIs with your ZeroBounce account, the integration automatically syncs with your email lists. With the integration, you can:
- Run email validation on your lists
- Turn on auto validation to clean newly-added contacts
- Remove duplicate email addresses
- Score catch-all email addresses
Catch-all email validation is now available
SEPTEMBER 2025
Email Scoring was our primary method of assisting you with catch-alls. Now with Verify+ from ZeroBounce, we can attempt to validate your catch-alls, turning them into either "valid" or "invalid" results.
How to enable catch-all email validation:
- Enable Verify+ from ZeroBounce in your account settings. If not enabled, you will also receive a prompt when uploading your list for validation.
- When validating your list, if we find a number of catch-alls, you'll see an additional step in progress. This phase is where we'll use deeper signals and intelligence to deliver more accurate results.
New geolocation API coming October 1st, 2025
JULY 2025
Starting October 1st, our API (api.zerobounce.net) will become a geolocation endpoint. Your requests will automatically route through the fastest available server.
No action is required from users for this update. If you're currently using the api.zerobounce.net endpoint, you'll start benefitting from faster speeds and lower latency on the launch date!
Important note - If you need to limit requests by location, such as to maintain GDPR compliance, you must update to one of our region-specific endpoints:
- For U.S. only - Use api-us.zerobounce.net (https://api-us.zerobounce.net)
- For EU Only - Use api-eu.zerobounce.net (https://api-eu.zerobounce.net)

OCTOBER 2025
We made some updates to our existing integration to improve your setup flow.
365 users can now connect their ZeroBounce account by creating a new security role for ZeroBounce and granting the necessary permissions.
Updates for our security enthusiasts
OCTOBER 2025
- Okta Passkey, a passwordless FIDO2 security measure, is now live for all accounts.
- Passkey is a phishing resistant, secure login method that eliminates the need to remember passwords, while seamlessly synchronizing between multiple platforms.
- With the implementation of Passkey, we will also deprecate the Text/SMS two-factor authentication method. The Google Authenticator method will remain available.
- We made some essential security updates to our platform based on our recent reports from BitSentinel. We'll continuously strive to protect our platform from modern, evolving cyber threats.
